Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ProviderSignal ("the Service"), operated by Braman Analytics LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

ProviderSignal provides healthcare market intelligence by aggregating publicly available government data sources including NPI/NPPES records, state dental board data, CMS fee schedules, and NPDB public use files. The Service is intended for business intelligence purposes and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Data accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure data accuracy, ProviderSignal aggregates data from third-party government sources and cannot guarantee its completeness or timeliness. Users should verify critical information independently before making business decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, or contact providers for unsolicited purposes, scrape or bulk-download data for redistribution, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. API access is available on Enterprise plans only.
